What motivates our team
Since 2016 we have provided a variety of services including training, capacity-building services, residential programs and mentoring in risk management all under the Not On my Watch campaign. We do this because we believe that every organisation simply has a duty of care to protect its stakeholders from harm.

We provide in-house and online training programs across multiple human service sectors. Our bespoke NOmW training programs include:

Child Safe Organisations workshops: Learn simple and effective risk management systems for organisations who offer services and programs to children. Modelled on the findings and recommendations of the Royal Commission; workshops cover leadership, culture, compliance, recruitment, behaviour management systems and child-focused activities.

Sport specific training ​includes:
